Are GenuineReaders accurate?

All Readers are tested for accuracy in their activity , but we cannot guarantee that "bad days" don't happen. That would be good advertising, but a lie. However, unlike other websites, not everyone can join as reader. We follow the rule "fewer, but better".

What type of reader do I need?

It depends on your current question/issue/situation. Not all readers are psychics or tarot readers, there are also astrologers, numerology experts, dream analysis experts etc. You may want to search by categories or browse advisors' profiles to find the appropriate Reader for you. Some of them are experts in several areas.

How can i start contacting readers?

Create an account for free, login to your new account, add funds and browse online readers. Once you've decided on a reader, click "chat with me now". "Busy" status means the reader is already engaged in a chat session and might be online soon.

What does "add funds" mean?

Each reader has a rate per minute, usually $1.00. In order to obtain chat readings, you need to have an amount of money in your account.  You can safely add with PayPal an amount of your choice: $20.00, $40.00 or $60.00. Add the amount estimated to be used, because you cannot take your funds back. You can use the remaining funds for future chat sessions, with readers of your choice.

Do you offer free readings?

All first time clients receive $10.00 bonus in their member account, after their first purchase. This offers new members a 10 minutes chat reading for free. Our services are affordable, guaranteed and all sessions start free.

I've made the payment. How long do I have to wait before I can chat with a psychic?

No waiting time. Your member account is instantly updated with your added funds once your payment is successfully processed by PayPal.

What if I'm not satisfied with your service ?

Your satisfaction is our concern. We guarantee that if you are not happy with your last reading, your member account will be re-credited. Please, refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

Do I need a special software to chat with Readers?

No. All chat rooms are one-to-one, private, text based and integrated in website. Simply click "chat with me" button on a reader of your choice.

How do I know if a reader is able to help me on my current situation ?

For this we have the FREE introductory time! Free introductory does not mean free reading, but a few minutes to introduce your matter and your expectations from that reader/reading.

Is my identity private?
